What makes SORTD GaN Chargers so special?

SORTD 65W charger is built with the pioneering GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology. This technology makes charging faster, smarter and more efficient than every other traditional silicon charger.

How is SORTD GaN Charger better than others?

Unlike traditional silicon chargers, SORTD's GaN technology allows you to seamlessly charge your phone, laptop or any other device from a single charger, at the same time.

The 65W charger comes with two USB-C ports which support superfast charging (PD 3.0) and one USB-A port that supports superfast charging (QC3.0, QC2.0, SCP and FCP). This makes it universally adaptable.

How do I use it?

Step 1 - Connect the charger to a power outlet using the 3-pin Indian pin converter included in the box.

Step 2 - Now, connect one or multiple devices to the charger, switch the main power ON, sit back and enjoy superfast charging like never before.

Note: To get optimum output from your charger use a cable of equivalent wattage.

Refund & Replacement

• If the product is found to be non-functional within 7 days of receipt, we will offer a refund or a free product exchange.
• Please contact us for refunds or replacements by emailing support@getsortd.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-8591107130. We will arrange a pickup within 72 hours.
• The company will evaluate the product's functionality and, if it is found to be non-functional, will offer a replacement or a refund.

Warranty

• The warranty, effective for one year from the date of purchase, covers either the repair or replacement of the product.
• Customers are required to contact us through email or WhatsApp and provide their invoice details to verify if their product is within the warranty period.
• We will organize a pick-up of the product within 72 hours.
• The company will evaluate the product's functionality and, if any issues are found, will proceed with the warranty as outlined.
• Under this warranty, the Company reserves the right to either repair or replace malfunctioning products with new or factory-refurbished units. If a replacement is issued, it will be an equivalent performance model, which may or may not include original packaging and accessories. Should the Company choose to provide a factory-refurbished product, it will perform equally or better than the original faulty item. All products replaced under this Limited Warranty will be owned by the Company.
• However, the company will not provide replacements or refunds in the following cases:
• If the product has suffered physical damage, damage from an electrical surge, or any user-caused damage.
• If a customer's claim of a defect is disproven by the company's product assessment.
• For products purchased from unauthorised online or offline resellers.
• If the product has not been used according to the instructions in the User Manual, or if it has been subjected to abuse or neglect.
• If the product has undergone servicing, repairs, modifications, or handling by unauthorized personnel.
